A FEW ANSWERS

Before we
meet.

How do we get started?

The initial conversation clarifies your needs, stakeholders and constraints. We then identify what information is needed to propose an appropriate scope and approach.

What should we prepare for the call?

A description of the problem, your existing tools, relevant users and expected timeline is enough to start. You do not need a complete specification.

How are budgets and timelines defined?

They depend on scope, integrations, available data and the engagement model. We make assumptions, deliverables and dependencies explicit before proposing a commitment.

Can we start with a pilot?

A focused scope can help validate an assumption before expanding. We define the evaluation criteria and the decision expected at the end of the pilot.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

What if we made
things happen?
