Your contact requests
When you use the form, INKWAY records your name, email, company, description of your needs and optional information you choose to provide. This data is used to handle your request and arrange the next steps.
Hosting and access
Requests are stored in the site database hosted on Railway. Access is restricted to authenticated administrators. INKWAY may enable a CRM connection to process requests. The confirmation email for your request is sent through our provider Brevo.
Google Agenda
If you choose a time through our Google Calendar page, you use Google’s booking service. Appointment information and confirmations are then processed by Google under its service terms. Opening the calendar is not a booking confirmation. When synchronisation is enabled, the site reads the appointment calendar selected by INKWAY, matches attendee emails to received requests, and stores the appointment identifier, times and status. Event titles and descriptions are not downloaded.
Cookies and measurement
The public site does not set advertising cookies. Administration uses a session cookie required for authentication. Aggregated technical counters and request events may be recorded to check service operation. With your request, the site may send the landing page, referring site, campaign parameters and selected expertise. This origin stays in tab memory before submission, without a persistent identifier. Do Not Track disables counters and origin collection; the chosen expertise remains part of the expressed need. Counters are retained for 90 days. A temporary hash of the network address is used to limit spam.
Legal framework and basis
Your data is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP (Moroccan data protection authority). For people located in the European Union, processing also complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention period
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business follow-up, then deleted no later than 3 years after the last exchange. Technical counters are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. In the European Union, you also have the rights to restriction and portability. To exercise them, email [email protected] with details of your request; we will reply within one month. You may also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) or, in the European Union, your national data protection authority. Avoid sending sensitive data through the form.
